Description

1. The conductive core is made of copper wires, tinned with tin or tin-lead solder of not lower than POS-61, and complies with the requirements of GOST 22483 of not lower than class 3. It is allowed to manufacture conductive cores from non-tinned copper wire.

2. Current-carrying cores and cores with a winding made of mica-containing tapes are insulated with:

4. In cables with shielded pairs, triplets, quadruples, a shield in the form of a braid of tinned copper wires or copper wires is applied over the twisted cores. It is also allowed in the form of a winding or longitudinal overlap of a combined material based on aluminum foil. Polyethylene terephthalate film is applied over the screen by winding with overlap.

9. A sheath is applied over the wound core or over the overall cable shield, and a protective hose is applied over the cable armor made of:

  • fire-resistant polyvinyl chloride plastic compound — for cables with the "LS" index;
  • halogen-free polymer composition — for cables with the "HF" index;

  • polyvinyl chloride plastic compound — for all other cables.

Application

For forming digital information buses, connecting sensors with a digital frequency-modulated signal, a 4-20 mA signal, via the RS-485, RS-482, RS-422 interface, in Foundation Fieldbus, PROFIBUS, HART, Enternet and other systems that require the use of a "twisted pair" as a data reception/transmission channel. For indoor and outdoor installations, subject to protection from direct solar radiation, on shelves, trays, boxes, channels, tunnels, ground (trenches), in places exposed to stray currents.
