1. Central filling from a bundle

- for cables with the index "ng-HF" — from a halogen-free polymer composition;
- for all other cables — from a chalk-filled unvulcanized rubber compound or polyvinyl chloride plastic compound.
2. Round multi-wire compacted conductive core
- material: aluminum (A), copper;
- cross-section: 35–300 sq. mm.
3. Screen along the core
- From extruded peroxide-crosslinkable polyethylene composition.
4. Insulation
- Made of peroxide-crosslinked polyethylene (PV).
5. Screen over insulation
- Made of extruded peroxide-crosslinked polyethylene composition.
6. Separating layer
- for cables without index "g" — made of conductive paper tape or conductive polymer tape, or non-woven fabric;
- for cables with index "g" — made of conductive water-blocking tape with overlap.
7. Screen made of copper wires
- with a cross-section of at least 16 sq. mm for cables with a core cross-section of 35–120 sq. mm;
- with a cross-section of at least 25 sq. mm for cables with a core cross-section of 150–300 sq. mm;
- with a cross-section of at least 35 sq. mm for cables with a core cross-section above 300 sq. mm.
Note. The screen cross-section is selected depending on the short-circuit currents, which must be calculated according to the conditions of laying the cable line. It is possible to manufacture a cable with an increased screen cross-section.
8. Interphase filling with filling between phases:
- for cables with the index "ng" - from low-flammability polyvinyl chloride plastic compound;
- for cables with the index "ng-LS" - from low-flammability polyvinyl chloride plastic compound;
- for cables with the index "ng-HF" - from a halogen-free polymer composition;
- for all other cables from chalk-filled unvulcanized rubber compound or polyvinyl chloride plastic compound.
9. Inner sheath for armoured cables
- with a protective hose made of polyethylene — made of chalk-filled unvulcanised rubber compound or polyvinyl chloride plastic compound or polyethylene;
- with the index "ng" — made of low-flammability polyvinyl chloride plastic compound;
- with the index "ng-LS" — made of low-flammability polyvinyl chloride plastic compound;
- with the index "ng-HF" — made of a halogen-free polymer composition;
- for all other grades — made of chalk-filled unvulcanised rubber compound or polyvinyl chloride plastic compound.
10. Armour
- Made of galvanised steel tapes (B) or galvanised steel wires (K), aluminium wires or aluminium alloy wires (Ka).
11. Separating layer
- Made of aluminum-polymer tape (for grades with indexes "2g" "u2g".
12. Sheath
- for cables with index "P" — made of polyethylene;
- for cables with index "Pu" — made of polyethylene with increased thickness;
- for cables with index "V" — made of PVC plastic compound;
- for cables with index "ng" — made of low-flammability polyvinyl chloride plastic compound;

Application
For laying in the ground (in trenches) regardless of the degree of soil corrosion activity, subject to protection from mechanical damage. Fire hazard class according to GOST 31565-2012 02.8.2.5.4.
Cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation are intended for transmission and distribution of electric energy in stationary installations at a nominal alternating voltage of 6, 10, 15, 20 and 35 kV with a nominal frequency of 50 Hz for networks with grounded and isolated neutral.
