1. Round multi-wire compacted conductive core:
- 500–2000 sq. mm. for cables with a voltage of 190/330 kV.
2. A layer of conductive tapes with an overlap is applied by winding over conductive cores with a cross-section of 630 sq. mm.
3. Screen by core or by tape: from cross-linkable semiconducting compound
4. Insulation from peroxide-cross-linkable polyethylene (PV)
5. Screen by insulation: cross-linkable semiconducting compound
6. Separating layer:
- For grades without index "g" - from tape of conductive paper or conductive polymer tape, or non-woven fabric;
- For brands with index "g" - made of conductive water-blocking tape with overlap.
7. Screen made of copper wires, fastened with copper tape, with a cross-section of at least 95 sq. mm. By agreement with the customer, it is allowed to apply a screen made of wires made of heat- and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy A (TAC) with a cross-section of at least 150 sq. mm.
Note. The screen cross-section is selected depending on the short-circuit currents, which must be calculated according to the conditions of laying the cable line. It is allowed to apply a screen made of copper wires in two layers.
8. Inner sheath:
- for brands with index "ng (A)" - filling made of PVC composition with reduced fire hazard;
- for brands with index "ng (A)-HF" - filling made of polymer composition that does not contain halogens;
- for other brands, there is no filling.
9. Separating layer:
- for brands without index "g" - winding with tape made of crepe or cable paper or rubberized fabric, or polypropylene tape with overlap;
- for brands with indexes "g", "ug" - winding with overlap of water-blocking tape;
- for brands with indexes "2g", "u2g" - winding with overlap of conductive water-blocking tape.
10. Separating layer made of aluminum-polymer tape (for brands with indexes "2g", "u2g").
11. Inner filling (inner sheath) of cables with armor:
- for brands (A)PvKaP, (A)PvKaPg, (A)PvKaP2g, (A)PvKaV - made of chalk-filled unvulcanized rubber mixture or PVC plastic compound;
- for grades (A)PvKaVng(A) - made of low-flammability PVC compound;
- for grades (A)PvKaVng(A) - HF - made of halogen-free polymer compound.
12. Armor:
- For grades with indexes "Ka" - made of aluminum wires or aluminum alloy wires
13. Sheath:
- for grades with index "p" - made of polyethylene;
- for grades with index "Pu" - made of polyethylene, increased thickness;
- for grades with index "B" - made of PVC plastic compound;
- for grades with index "ng(A)" - made of low-flammability PVC plastic compound;
- for grades with index "ng(A)-HF" - made of halogen-free polymer compound.
